The restaurant

In addition to the overnight stay in the rooms, our guests can be delighted by the specialties offered by our kitchen. The dining room is a very cozy environment that combines the exposed stone of the arch in the entry with the ancient wood of the beams in the living room and in the reception, as the mountain tradition requires. The furniture is made up not only of antique wooden tables and chairs, but also of a series of trophies won by our "queens".

The room is yellow, the color of "polenta", which together with the five large windows on two sides of the room provides a beautiful brightness and makes this room perfect for both a dinner with friends or a more formal ceremony; moreover, the beautiful fireplace located in the center of the room creates the ideal atmosphere for a quiet dinner for couples.

Our menus are prepared mainly with products of our company and in general with products of our region; they reflect the culinary tradition of Aosta Valley, without neglecting a continuous research to propose new flavors and ideas.

Traditional dishes are never missing: "crespelle alla valdostana", "polenta grassa", plateau of cold cuts and cheeses (produced directly by us) and "cotechino", but we also offer salads with apples, walnuts and fontina, salads with apples, walnuts and cabbage, roast beef in chestnuts or lemon sauce and many other recipes that we invite you to come and taste.

We invite our kind guests, in case of allergies and intolerances, to let us know during the booking; it will be our concern to give the full attention and to make you find a varied and complete menu.

We offer a set menu, with mostly seasonal products from our own production. You will have the option to choose from a €30 menu (3 starters, 1 main course, 1 side dish), a €28 "starters only" menu, a €35 menu (4 starters, 1 main course, 1 side dish), a vegetarian menu at €30, and à la carte menu.

For those who prefer we also have a rich wine list, strictly of Aosta Valley.

In the underground part of the structure, where once there were the cellars, we have created a rustic tasting room with exposed stone walls, a beautiful vault, a large fireplace in stone and wood and a sink entirely carved into the rock; it is the perfect environment for rich tastings of local products, meetings or business aperitifs.
